About entering of amendment and change into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About insurance and insurance activity"

Article 1. Article 111 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About insurance and insurance activity" of April 9, 2007, ZR-177-N (further - the Law) to add with part 3 following of content:
"3. The information provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About anti-money laundering and terrorism financing", and which is insurance secret is provided to the authorized body established by this law in case of suspicion of money laundering or financing of terrorism or based on request of authorized body, according to the procedure and the cases determined by this law.".
Article 2. To recognize article 116 of the Law invalid.
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the ninetieth day after official publication.
