In departure from provisions of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1149-XIV of July 20, 2000, the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997, the Law on approval of the Combined commodity nomenclature No. 172 of July 25, 2014 and the Law on customs tariff No. 1380-XIII of November 20, 1997 to resolve according to the procedure of exception to the Chisinau state pedagogical university of Ion Kryange import to the country and the room under customs regime of import of the equipment intended for research and protection of the cultural and historical heritage of the Republic of Moldova (according to appendix) acquired from "SENSYS Sensorik & Systemtechnologie GmbH", "Will Geotechnik", "Globe Flight GmbH" (Germany) and "SC "TOP GEOCART" SRL" (Romania) with exemption of import payments without the alienation right.
