Art. I. – In Article 4 of the Natural Gas Act No. 123-XVIII of December 23, 2009 (2010, Art. No. 23-24, 31), with subsequent changes, in the concept "broadcast of natural gas" of the word "and services in the international transportation of natural gas in the transit mode" to exclude the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
