About approval of form of the standard agreement of insurance of activities of the private notary (insurance policy)

Based on article 34 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2004 "About notariate and notarial activities" the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve form of the standard agreement of insurance of activities of the private notary (insurance policy) according to appendix.

2. Determine that:

the form of the insurance contract of activities of the private notary (insurance policy) is the form of the strict reporting;

The Belarusian notarial chamber signs the additional insurance contract about ensuring compensation of the damage caused by her members as a result of incorrectly committed notarial actions, in the same order as the private notary;

insurance of activities of the private notary is made by the state insurance companies, insurance companies in which authorized capitals over fifty percent of shares (common (ordinary) or other voting shares) are in property of the Republic of Belarus and (or) its administrative and territorial units, and (or) legal entities of the state pattern of ownership;

insurance contracts of activities the private notary (insurance policies) signed in other insurance companies before entry into force of this resolution are effective before the termination of their term.
