About introduction of amendments to the Migratory code of the Azerbaijan Republic

In the Migratory code of the Azerbaijan Republic (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2013, No. 7, Article 797; 2014, No. 11, Article 1351; 1357, No. 12, Article 1539; 2015, No. 3, Article 259, No. 6, Article 689) to make the following changes:
1. In Article 9.3.6 of the word "judgments" shall be replaced with words "decisions, orders of court and administrative acts of tax authorities in connection with repayment of monetary claims".
2. Add with Article 9.3.6-1 of the following content:
"9.3.6-1. in the presence of the judgment which took legal effect about temporary restriction of the right to departure of the citizen from the country in connection with failure to pay in the government budget of debts and percent on the estimated taxes, the applied financial sanctions, failure to carry out by the taxpayer of the tax liability in time established by the Tax code of the Azerbaijan Republic - before decision about lifting of restriction;".
3. In Article 17.1.6 of the word "judgments" shall be replaced with words "decisions, orders of court and administrative acts of tax authorities in connection with repayment of monetary claims".
4. Add with Article 17.1.6-1 of the following content:
"17.1.6-1. in the presence of the judgment which took legal effect about temporary restriction of the right of the taxpayer to departure from the country in connection with failure to pay in the government budget of debts and percent on the estimated taxes, the applied financial sanctions, failure to carry out of the tax liability in time established by the Tax code of the Azerbaijan Republic - before decision about lifting of restriction;".
