About modification of the Budget code of Ukraine concerning features of forming and execution of budgets of the integrated territorial communities

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Budget code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. 50-51, of the Art. 572) the following changes:

1. The second offer of part nine of article 75 after the word of "councils" to add with the words "and to executive bodies of councils of the integrated territorial communities which are created according to the law and the perspective plan of forming of the territories of communities".

2. In Article 93:
