1. Approve Changes in the Instruction about procedure for regulation of activities of banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 28, 2001 No. 368, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 26, 2001 for No. 841/6032 (with changes) (further - the Instruction No. 368) which are applied (further - Changes).

2. To banks:

1) to expect standard rates of the capital taking into account exceeding of size of credit risk the amount of the reserves on active banking activities created according to requirements of international accounting standards according to requirements of the Instruction No. 368 taking into account Changes;

2) it is excluded;
