About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1.2. in subitem 8.4 of Item 8 of the Charter of the Belarusian state concern on oil and chemistry approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 26, 1997 No. 788 "Questions of the Belarusian state concern on oil and chemistry" of the word "according to the legislation issue of securities" shall be replaced with words "issue of issued securities in the cases provided by legal acts of the Republic of Belarus for securities";
