Article 1

Bring in the Federal constitutional Law of March 21, 2014 No. 6-FKZ "About acceptance to the Russian Federation of the Republic of Crimea and education as a part of the Russian Federation of new subjects - the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 12, Art. 1201; 2015, No. 1, Art. 3) following changes:

Shall be replaced with words 1) regarding the 22nd Article 9 of the word "till December 31, 2015" "till December 31, 2017";

Shall be replaced with words 2) regarding the 2nd Article 13 of the word "for 2015" "for 2015 and 2016".

Article 2

This Federal constitutional Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
