To add 1) with Item 12 of the following content:
"12. The government of the Russian Federation has the right to approve the list of employers - the legal entities created based on the Federal Law, decisions of the President of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Russian Federation, authorized federal executive body or the state corporation to which provisions of the subitem 4 of item 4 of this Article are not applied.";
To add 2) with Item 13 of the following content:
"13. For the purposes of this Article the citizens attracted to employment from other subject of the Russian Federation are understood also as the citizens of the Russian Federation living in the territory of the city of Baikonur.".
