Article 1

Part 2 of article 54 of the Federal Law of July 27, 2004 No. 79-FZ "About the public civil service of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 31, Art. 3215; 2015, No. 1, Art. 63; 29, 4388) to state No. to the Art. in the following edition:
