About entering of amendment into the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of streamlining of price regulation in the Republic of Belarus I decide:
1. The Section "Ministry of Trade" of appendix 1 to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 No. 72 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 26, 1/12374; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 06.12. 1/15449) to add 2014, with the paragraph third the following content:
"Wine fruit fortified branded, the improved quality and special technology".
2. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus to take measures for implementation of this Decree in a month.
3. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:
Item 1 - in month after official publication of this Decree;
other provisions of this Decree - after its official publication.
