About entering of amendments into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 17, 2012 No. 156

According to the paragraph the second Item 25 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 4, 2015 "About implementation of activities in the Forex curb market" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 231

1. The single list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, No. 156 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 17, 2012 "About approval of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, entering of amendment into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 14, 2009 No. 193 and recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 35, 5/35330; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 12.08. 2014, 5/39239; 13:12. 2014, 5/39819) to add with Items 2.12-7-2.12-9 of the following content:

"2.12-7. Inclusion in the register Forex companies with issue of the certificate on inclusion in the register Forex companies

the copy of the document confirming forming of authorized fund of the legal entity according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of  June 4, 2015 to No. 231 "About implementation of activities in the Forex curb market" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 06.06. 2015, 1/15836)

the copies of the documents confirming availability at the head of the legal entity, the staff of division of the legal entity exercising internal control certified in accordance with the established procedure (including the head of such division), the higher legal or economic education or other higher education on condition of passing of retraining at the level of the higher education as legal or economic profile

the copies of service records of the founder (participant), the head of the legal entity certified in accordance with the established procedure, the staff of division of the legal entity exercising internal control (including the head of such division), in the last two years, the filing of application preceding date

originals and copies of documents on absence at the founder (participant), the head of the legal entity, the staff of division of the legal entity exercising internal control (including the head of such division), the outstanding or not removed criminal record for crime execution against property and procedure of economic activity and about lack of the resolution of criminal prosecution authority on initiation of legal proceedings concerning specified persons or attraction them as suspects or persons accused on criminal case, the dated not later than thirty calendar days about day of filing of application (if other effective period is not specified in the document) 1
