Article 1

At the same time the postponed part of annual paid leave shall be used no later than 12 months after the termination of that office year for which this part of leave is granted.

9.3. The part of annual paid leave exceeding 28 calendar days, or any number of days from this part according to the written application of the civil servant can be replaced with monetary compensation.".
