About civil defense

- forming, preparation and maintenance in permanent readiness of bodies and mobile divisions of troops of civil defense, rescue divisions and not paramilitary forces of civil defense for accomplishment of tasks on protection of the population, economy and the territory of Tajikistan in wartime;
