About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine in connection with adoption of law of Ukraine "About National police"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Labor code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1971, Appendix to No. 50, the Art. 375):

"The employee of law-enforcement body" shall be replaced with words 1) in part one of Article 43 of the word "the police officer and the employee of National police";

2) in part nine of Article 252 of the word of "employees of law-enforcement bodies" shall be replaced with words "police officers and employees of National police".

2. In the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (The sheet of the Supreme Council of USSR, 1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122):

1) in the first offer of part one of Article 15 of the word of "law-enforcement bodies" to exclude, and after words of "Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine" to add with the word "police officers";

12) in Article 279-4:

in word part two "divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine that ensures traffic safety" shall be replaced with words "authorized division of National police";

in word part three "division of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine that ensures traffic safety" shall be replaced with words "authorized division of National police", and words of "law-enforcement bodies" - words of "National police";

To "law-enforcement body" shall be replaced with words 13) in part six of Article 285 of the word to "The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine";

Part the second Article 300 to state 14) in the following edition:

"The body of National police provides accomplishment of the resolution on the administrative detention according to the procedure established by the laws of Ukraine";

15) in part one of Article 317 and part one of Article 327 of the word "law-enforcement bodies" in all cases shall be replaced with words "bodies of National police" in the corresponding case.

3. In the Civil code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2003, Art. No. No. 40-44, 356):

337, the 338 and 343 word "militia" in all cases shall be replaced with words 1) in Articles "The national police" in the corresponding case;

4. In the Penitentiary code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, Art. No. 3-4, 21):

5. In the Code of civil procedure of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2004, Art. No. No. 40-42, 492):

1) in part one of Article 78 and parts one, third and sixth Article 94 of the word "law-enforcement body" in all cases and numbers shall be replaced with words "body of National police" in the corresponding case and number;

2) in part one of Article 248 of the word "law-enforcement bodies" shall be replaced with words "registration authorities of the place of residence of persons".

6. In article 272 of the Code of administrative legal proceedings of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, Art. No. No. 35-37, 446) of the word "law-enforcement body" in all cases and numbers shall be replaced with words "body of National police" in the corresponding case and number.

7. In Item 5 parts one of Article 91 of the Forest code of Ukraine (2006, No. 21, the Art. 170) the words "in law-enforcement bodies" shall be replaced with words sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine "in bodies of National police".
