Item 2 of part 4 of Article 13 to state 1) in the following edition:

2) in Article 25:

a) in paragraph one of part 3 of the word "service length" shall be replaced with words "length of service";

b) state part 4 in the following edition:

"4. The length of service for provision of annual additional paid leave joins in calendar calculation the periods of service in the Investigative Committee on positions on which assignment of special or military ranks, in bodies and the organizations of prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation on positions of prosecutors, investigators, scientific and pedagogical workers, and also as trainees, the periods of military service, service in law-enforcement bodies of the Russian Federation, the Public fire service, drug trafficking monitoring bodies and psychotropic substances, organizations and bodies of criminal executive system, the periods of service in federal bodies of tax police and customs authorities of the Russian Federation as the employees having special ranks, the work periods in judgeship is provided.";
