formation of bodies of non-profit organization and early termination of their powers;

approval of the annual statement and accounting (financial) records of non-profit organization if it is not carried by the charter of non-profit organization according to the Federal Laws to competence of other collegiate organs of non-profit organization;

decision making about creation of other legal entities by non-profit organization, about participation of non-profit organization in other legal entities, about creation of branches and about opening of representative offices of non-profit organization;

decision making about reorganization and liquidation of non-profit organization (except for fund), about appointment of liquidation commission (liquidator) and about approval of the liquidation balance sheet;

approval of auditing organization or individual auditor of non-profit organization.
