Article 1

Bring in article 11 of the Federal Law of March 30, 1995 No. 38-FZ "About the prevention of distribution in the Russian Federation of the disease caused by human immunodeficiency virus (HIV infection)" (The Russian Federation Code, 1995, No. 14, the Art. 1212) the following changes:
