The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. To submit to subjects of management of objects of state-owned property to two weeks for review with the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine offers on candidates of persons, in connection with vacant position of the acting as or the heads of the subjects of managing of public sector of economy specified in the paragraph the second Item 20 and Item 22 of the Procedure for carrying out competitive selection of heads of subjects of managing of the public sector of economy approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 3, 2008 No. 777 appointed the acting as. In case of nonagreement the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of the specified offers subjects of management of objects of state-owned property in week time from the date of adoption of the relevant decision submit to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine proposals concerning other candidates.
