About introduction of amendments to the Judicial code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. Part 8 of article 14 of the Judicial code of the Republic of Armenia of February 21, 2007 (further – the Code) to recognize invalid.

Article 2. In article 75 of the Code:

Part 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1. The relations connected with compensation of the judge including, calculation and the sizes of the main and additional salaries, are regulated by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About compensation of persons holding the state positions"

2) parts 2 and 3 to recognize invalid.

Article 3. In article 220 of the Code:

Part 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1. Each bailiff has the right to the relevant service of compensation, and also clothes.".

Part 2 to state 2) in the following edition:

"2. The relations connected with compensation of the judge including, calculation and the sizes of the main and additional salaries, the normal wages rise, are regulated by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About compensation of persons holding the state positions".

Article 4. This Law becomes effective since July 1, 2014.
