Article 1

Bring in the Law of the Russian Federation of July 7, 1993 No. 5340-1 "About Chambers of Commerce and Industry in the Russian Federation" (Sheets of the Congress of People's Deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Council of the Russian Federation, 1993, No. 33, Art. 1309; Russian Federation Code, 1995, No. 21, Art. 1930; 2002, No. 12, Art. 1093; 2003, No. 50, Art. 4855; 2008, No. 18, Art. 1939; No. 30, Art. 3616; 2014, No. 19, Art. 2311; No. 48, Art. 6639) following changes:

1) in Article 1:

a) state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. The Chamber of Commerce and Industry is the non-state non-profit organization created in form of business of the union for representation and protection of legitimate interests of the members and for the purpose of development of entrepreneurship, economic and foreign trade activity, realization of other purposes and tasks provided by this Law.";

b) in Item 2 "entrepreneurial" shall be replaced with words the word "revenue-producing";

c) in Item 6 to replace the word of "companies" with the word of "organizations", to replace the word of "company" with the word of "organization";

2) in Article 2:

a) state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. The legislation on Chambers of Commerce and Industry consists of this Law, other Federal Laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, the laws of subjects of the Russian Federation and other regulatory legal acts of subjects of the Russian Federation accepted according to them.";

b) in Item 3:
