Article 1

1) in Item 1 of Article 8:

a) state Items 2 and 3 in the following edition:

"2. The light aircraft - the aircraft which maximum take-off mass constitutes less than 5700 kilograms, including the helicopter which maximum take-off mass constitutes less than 3100 kilograms.

3. The extralight aircraft - the aircraft which maximum take-off mass constitutes no more than 495 kilograms without the mass of aviation means of rescue.";
