In case of receipt of mass media by the editorial office, the speaker or publisher of money from foreign state, the international organization, the foreign organization, from the foreign agent of non-profit organization, the foreign citizen, the stateless person performing in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation functions, and also from the Russian organization, participants and (or) founders of which are specified persons, the editorial office of mass media, the speaker or the publisher shall once in quarter (accounting period) no later than the tenth following the accounting period to provide information on receipt of money from specified persons by means of the direction of the adequate notice in the federal executive body performing functions on control and supervision in the field of mass media, mass communications, information technologies and communication.
