1) in part 15 of Article 34 of the word "44 and 45" shall be replaced with words "44, 45 and 46";
Part 1 of Article 93 to add 2) with Item 46 of the following content:
"46) implementation of purchases of goods, works, services by the financial means allocated for investigation and search operations. The inventory, works, services which procurements can be conducted according to this Item affirms the head of the corresponding federal executive body authorized on implementation of investigation and search operations according to the Federal Law of August 12, 1995 No. 144-FZ "About operational search activities".";
3) in Article 94:
a) to add Item 1 of part 4 after figures "45" with figures ", 46";
b) in paragraph one of part 9 of the word "23 or 44" shall be replaced with words "23, 44 or 46";
Part 2 of article 96 after figures "45" to add 4) with figures ", 46";
5) in Article 103:
a) regarding 1 word "44 and 45" shall be replaced with words "44, 45, Item 46 (regarding the contracts signed with physical persons)";
b) in part 8 of the word "44 and 45" shall be replaced with words "44, 45, Item 46 (regarding the contracts signed with physical persons)".
