About modification of the Budget code of Ukraine concerning transfer of separate administrative charges

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Budget code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, Art. No. 50-51, 572) the following changes:

1. In Article 29:

1) in part two:

add Item 24-1 with words and figures "(except the administrative collection determined by Item 36-1 of part one of Article 64 and Item 20-5 of part one of article 69 of this Code)";

in Item 24-2 of figure "15" to replace with figures "85", and the words "and physical persons-entrepreneurs" - words of "physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming";

exclude Item 24-3;

state Item 24-4 in the following edition:

"24-4) payment for reducing terms of provision of services in the field of state registration of the rights to real estate and their encumbrances and state registration of legal entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming, and also payment for provision of other paid services connected with such registration (except the payment determined by Item 36-3 of part one of Article 64 and Item 20-6 of part one of article 69 of this Code)";

in Item 25-1 of the word "and physical persons entrepreneurs" shall be replaced with words also in figures "physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming (except the administrative collection determined by part one Item 36-2 of Article 64 of this Code)";

2) in part three:

in Item 7-1 of figure "85" to replace with figures "15", and the words "and physical persons-entrepreneurs" - words of "physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming";

exclude Items 7-2 and 7-3.

2. In Article 30 part four:

Shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 6-1 of the word "and physical persons entrepreneurs" "physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming";

Item 6-2 to exclude 2).

3. In Article 64 part one:

Shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 26 of the word "and physical persons entrepreneurs" "physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming";
