Procedure for test of condition of the State fund of precious metals and gemstones of the Republic of Tajikistan

1. This Procedure establishes rules of conducting check of condition of the State fund of precious metals and gemstones of the Republic of Tajikistan, including check of condition of Diamond fund of the Republic of Tajikistan (further - State fund of Tajikistan).

2. The purpose of check of condition of State fund of Tajikistan is ensuring control over observance of procedure for transfer, accounting, storage and target use of precious metals and gemstones, and also products from them which are on accounting of State fund of Tajikistan (further - "values"), and uses of the received data for maintaining the register of property.

3. Check of condition of State fund of Tajikistan is performed at least once in 2 years.

If necessary according to the decision of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan extraordinary inspections are carried out.

4. For conducting check of condition of State fund of Tajikistan the special commission of representatives of public authorities who are given authority on implementation of the state control over quality of sorting, assessment and realization of values is created.
