Article 2. To state article 22 of the Code in the following edition:
"Article 22. Entrance and exit to the place of execution of the punishment
1. The procedure for entrance and exit in organization of execution of the punishment is established by the head of authorized body of public administration.
2. The right to free entrance and exit to the place of execution of the punishment have:
1) President of the Republic of Armenia, chairman of National assembly of the Republic of Armenia, Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, chairman of the Constitutional court of the Republic of Armenia, chairman of Court of cassation of the Republic of Armenia, deputy of National assembly of the Republic of Armenia, head of authorized body of public administration or its corresponding deputy;
2) the Attorney-General of the Republic of Armenia, his deputies, and also those prosecutors who in the procedure established by the law exercise control of application of punishments and other enforcement measures;
3) officials of higher bodies of the body or organization performing punishment;
4) representatives of the international organizations, based on international treaties of the Republic of Armenia;
5) defender of human rights;
6) those judges of the Republic of Armenia who in the procedure established by the law investigate the questions connected with execution of the punishment, the claims provided against violations of the rights and freedoms of the convict, and also actions of the body performing punishment or administrations of organization;
