About introduction of amendment in the Penitentiary code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To add part 2 of Article 61 of the Penitentiary code of the Republic of Armenia of December 24, 2004 with the new paragraph of the following content:
"The military personnel sentenced to detention and needing treatment in hospital conditions under control of convoy is transported in the healthcare institutions provided for the military personnel and contains in special chambers. Protection of marked-out persons is provided by the chief of garrison of the location of this organization.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
