About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning elimination of regulatory barriers to development of network of industrial parks in Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. Article 93 of the Land code of Ukraine (2002, Art. No. 3-4, 27) after part six to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with new part of the following content:

"7. If lessee of the parcel of land is the initiator of creation of the industrial park, such parcel of land or its parts are transferred to them to the sublease to members of the industrial park according to the land legislation of Ukraine without preliminary approval of the lessor if it does not contradict the lease agreement of such parcel of land".

With respect thereto the seventh - the tenth to consider parts respectively parts eight - the eleventh.

2. Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About lease of land" (2004, No. 10, the Art. 102) to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with part nine of the following content:

"If lessee of the parcel of land is the initiator of creation of the industrial park, such parcel of land or its parts are transferred to them to the sublease to members of the industrial park according to the land legislation of Ukraine without preliminary approval of the lessor if it does not contradict the lease agreement of such parcel of land".

3. In the Law of Ukraine "About industrial parks" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, No. 22, the Art. 212):

1) in Article 1 part one:

in Item 1 of the word of "public authorities and local government bodies" shall be replaced with words "initiators of creation of industrial parks";

in Item 3 of the word of "industrial production" shall be replaced with words "processing industry";

add with Item 6-1 of the following content:
