About modification of article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2015"

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2015" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2015, No. 5, the Art. 37, No. 15, the Art. 99) after the paragraph of the fifth to add with Item 3 following of content:

"3) according to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for ensuring accomplishment of debt obligations of Ukrgidroenergo public joint stock company before the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in the amount which is not exceeding 180.000 thousand euros for project implementation continuation "Rehabilitation of hydroelectric power stations".

From the moment of emergence of the debt obligations specified in paragraph one of this Item to cancel in the same amount not chosen part of the loan attracted by the state according to the Credit agreement (Rehabilitation of Hydroelectric Power Stations project) between Ukraine and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development ratified by the Law of Ukraine of September 18, 2012 No. 5255-VI.

Exempt Ukrgidroenergo public joint stock company from the obligation to provide property or other ensuring accomplishment of the obligation on the guarantee provided according to paragraph one of this Item".

With respect thereto to consider the paragraph of the sixth the paragraph the ninth.

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
