About modification of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government in the city of Yerevan"

Article 1. Article 58 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government in the city of Yerevan" of December 26, 2008 to state ZR-5-N in the following edition:

"Article 58. Powers of the mayor in the field of veterinary science and phytosanitation

1. The mayor, in the field of veterinary science and phytosanitation, performs the following delegated by the state, powers:

1) promotes works on implementation of the state program of annual veterinary anti-epidemic actions;

2) promotes works of veterinary service, actions for prevention, diagnostics, treatment and liquidation of diseases of animals, works on isolation, neutralization and liquidation of corpses of the animals who are subject to prohibition of products and raw materials of animal origin, disinfection of the territories, warehousings, storages of animal waste of organic origin and preventing to access of animals to these territories, centralized face of animals under veterinary control, to collection of raw materials and animal products, warehousing;

3) promotes works on fight in the territory of community against diseases of crops, wreckers and weeds;

4) promotes works on numbering, accounting and registration of farm animals, and also maintaining as the established this law and other legal acts of passports of animals, accounting of animals and magazines of registration of veterinary actions.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day following its official publication.
