About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government in the city of Yerevan"

Article 1. Part 1 of article 94 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government in the city of Yerevan" of December 26, 2008 to add with ZR-5-N with Item 7.1 of the following content:
"7. 1) those apartment buildings which do not have registration of the termination of construction which separate blocks are registered by separate certificates as the incomplete structures having completeness are lower than 100 percent, helps, for the purpose of registration of completion of construction, to selection process by owners of the relevant organization for execution of functions of the builder or provides implementation of functions of the builder to any governing body of the apartment building operating in community which performs functions of the builder at the expense of owners of separate blocks;".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day following its official publication.
