Article 1. Article 28 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the security market" of October 11, 2007 to add with ZR-195-N with part 4 following of content:
"4. Additional requirements concerning activities of investment company, as the member of financial group, are determined by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the Central bank of the Republic of Armenia"".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day following its official publication.
