Article 1. Make changes and additions to the following legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

3. The officials of the operating organization exercising production control over ensuring radiation protection in case of identification of violation of requirements of radiation safety, health regulations and hygienic standard rates, rules of radiation safety, construction regulations and rules, industrial safety rules, administrative, instructive, methodical and other documents in the field of ensuring radiation safety apply the corrective actions provided by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.";

"Article 22. Obligations of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, foreigners and stateless persons in the field of ensuring radiation safety

The citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, foreigners and persons without citizenship living in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall observe the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of ensuring radiation safety.

In the territory of the operating organization specified persons shall fulfill requirements of officials of this organization.

Article 23. Responsibility for violation of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of ensuring radiation safety

Violation of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of ensuring radiation safety attracts the responsibility established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.".
