About approval of forms of checking leaf of the State Agency for Geology and Mineral Resources under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of implementation of the p. 5 of article 6 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About procedure for conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship", we order:

1. Approve form of checking leaf on checks of subjects of entrepreneurship according to appendix.

2. To the State Agency for Geology and Mineral Resources under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- when conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship to be guided by the checking leaf approved by Item 1 of this order;

- provide placement of the approved checking sheets on the official site of the State Agency for Geology and Mineral Resources under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

3. To the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic to post the approved checking leaf on the official site.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy director of the State Agency for Geology and Mineral Resources under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic U.D.Ryskulova.
