About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About local authority and self-government in the Republic of Belarus"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 4, 2010 "About local authority and self-government in the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 17, 2/1660; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 09.01. 2015, 2/2227) following amendments:

1. To add Item 1 of Article 19 with subitem 1.2-2 of the following content:

"1.2-2. hold regional meetings of deputies of Councils with participation of deputies of Councils of all territorial levels, deputies of the House of Representatives and members of council of the Republic of National assembly of the Republic of Belarus from the respective constituency and administrative and territorial unit, with the invitation of representatives of bodies of territorial public self-government, public associations on which hear information of heads of executive and administrative organs and Councils on social and economic development of the corresponding administrative and territorial units and consider other questions which are most concerning the population;".

2. In Article 42:
