About recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

List of invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. The order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 20, 2003 No. 958 "About approval of Rules of maintaining the state land cadastre in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2003, No. 38, the Art. 389).

2. The order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 13, 2003 No. 1140 "About approval of Rules of the organization and tendering (tenders, auctions) selling the parcel of land or the right of lease of the parcel of land" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2003, No. 43, the Art. 464).
