Article 1. Bring in the Code of the execution of criminal penalties of the Republic of Tajikistan accepted by the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 6, 2001 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2001, No. 7, Art. 505; 2003, No. 12, Art. 683; 2004, No. 7, Art. 455; 2005, No. 3, Art. 127; 2008, No. 3, Art. 190, No. 12, h 1, Art. 987; 2010, No. 7, Art. 552, No. 12, h 1, Art. 810; 2011, No. 6, Art. 443; 2012, No. 4, Art. 255, No. 7, Art. 716, No. 12, h 1, Art. 1018; 2013, No. 7, Art. 507, No. 12, Art. 880), following amendments:

1. In Article 24:

- 1 after the word "patient" to add part with the word "tuberculosis";

- part 2 after the word is "sick" to be added with the word "tuberculosis".

2. Respectively to add part 5 of article 105 after the words "of meal" and "forced food" with the words "and drugs on doctor's orders" and "and drug intake".

Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
