Article 1. Bring in the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Tajikistan accepted by the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of January 5, 2008 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2008, No. 1, h 1, the Art. 6, Art. 7; 2010, No. 1, Art. 6, 2012, No. 7, Art. 721; 2014, No. 7, h 1, Art. 388, No. 12, Art. 821), following changes and amendments:

1. In part 5 of Article 55 of the word "or the license granted by the authorized law body" shall be replaced with words ", the power of attorney and the certificate".

2. In Article 275:

- to consider the text of Article part 1;

- add with part 2 following of content:

3. In Article 276:

- in part 1:
