Article 1. Bring in the Economic Procedure Code of the Republic of Tajikistan accepted by the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of January 5, 2008 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2008, No. 1, h 1, the Art. 4, Art. 5; 2011, No. 12, Art. 840; 2012, No. 7, Art. 719; 2013, No. 3, Art. 180), following changes:

1. To state part 5 of Article 74 in the following edition:

The documents issued, constituted or certified in accordance with the established procedure by competent authorities of foreign states outside the Republic of Tajikistan under the laws of foreign states concerning citizens and the organizations of the Republic of Tajikistan or foreign persons are accepted by economic courts of the Republic of Tajikistan in the presence of apostille or consular legalization if the laws or the international legal acts recognized by Tajikistan do not provide other.

2. The documents constituted in foreign language shall be brought into economic courts of the Republic of Tajikistan with their notarized transfer into state language.
