About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the humanitarian assistance" on non-admission of tightening of terms of carrying out the state sanitary and epidemiologic, veterinary and sanitary, phytosanitary, environmental and radiological control of the humanitarian assistance

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About the humanitarian assistance" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 51, Art. 451; 2014, No. 4, Art. 61; 2015, No. 39, Art. 377) following changes:

1. Add Article 5 with parts six and the seventh the following content:

"Specially authorized state bodies concerning the humanitarian assistance shall:

in day of decision making about recognition of goods (objects) the humanitarian assistance to post it on the official site that is the basis for its use by the bodies performing the state sanitary and epidemiologic, veterinary and sanitary, phytosanitary, ecological and radiological goods control (objects) of the humanitarian assistance;

in one-day time after decision making about recognition of goods (objects) the humanitarian assistance to send such decision electronically to bodies of the income and charges and other state bodies according to the procedure, determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

For non-stationing and/or untimely placement of the decision on recognition of goods (objects) the humanitarian assistance on the official website, and also the humanitarian assistance in bodies of the income and charges and other state bodies officials of specially authorized state bodies concerning the humanitarian assistance bear responsibility according to the law for not direction and/or the untimely direction of the decision on recognition of goods (objects)".
