About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning deregulation in agro-industrial complex

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the paragraph the second part one of article 107-1 of the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses (1984, appendix to No. 51, the Art. 1122) the words "use for reproduction of the producers certified and allowed to reproduction" to exclude sheets of the Supreme Council of USSR.

2. In the Code of Ukraine about subsoil (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1994, No. 36, the Art. 340):

1) in Article 21:

in the name of the word of "fresh underground waters" shall be replaced with words "underground waters (except mineral)";

in word part one of "fresh underground waters" shall be replaced with words "underground waters (except mineral)", and after words of "special permissions" to add with words and figures "except cases, stipulated in Article 23 of this Code";

2) in Article 23:

in the name of the word of "fresh underground waters" shall be replaced with words "underground waters (except mineral)";

replace part one with two parts of the following content:

"Land owners and land users within the parcels of land provided to them have the right without special permissions and mountain branch to extract minerals of local value and peat with a general depth of development up to two meters, and also underground waters (except mineral) for all needs, except production of the packed-up drinking water provided that the amount of production of underground waters on each of water intakes does not exceed 300 cubic meters per day.
