About introduction of amendments to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "About standardization and certification"
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 10, 1993 No. 46-93 "About standardization and certification" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1993, No. 27, Art. 289; 2014, Art. No. 41-42, 2024) following changes:
Shall be replaced with words 1) in part two of Article 1 of the word "do not extend to products" "do not extend to obligatory certification of products";
Part one of Article 13 to add 2) with the second offer of the following content: "Certification of food products, services and management systems in the state system of certification is voluntary".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
