About entering of amendment into article 1 of the Law on the free enterprise zone of "Balti" No. 26 of March 4, 2010

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – Part (2) article 1 of the Law on the free enterprise zone of "Balti" No. 26 of March 4, 2010 (2010, Art. No. 39-40, 105), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Items i), j) and k) the following content:

"i) parcel of land Ploshchad 8, of hectare, cadastral number 6401307134, Mr. Orkhey;

j) the parcel of land Ploshchad 23,00 of hectare, cadastral number 1720102001, behind line of the village of Krikhana Veke, the district Kakhul;

k) the parcel of land Ploshchad 17, of hectare consisting of sectors of sites with cadastral numbers 1701124029, of 1701124093, of 1701124097, of 1701124148, on Ulitsa Munchy, 4 and 4/1, Mr. Kakhul.".

Art. II. – To the government in three-months time:

– bring the regulations into accord with this law;

– adopt the regulations necessary for execution of this law.
