To consider the text of Article part 1 and to add with part 2 following of content:

"2. The same action provided by part of 1 this Article committed repeatedly within one year after application of administrative punishment,

attracts imposing of penalty in the amount of twenty to forty indicators for calculations or administrative detention for a period of ten up to fifteen days.".
