Bring in the Procedure Code about administrative offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 22, 2013 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2013, No. 7, Art. 502; 2014, No. 3, Art. 145, No. 7, h 1, Art. 391, No. 11, St. 644; 2015, No. 3, Art. 202; The Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 8, 2015, No. 1221; The Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 8, 2015, No. 1222; The Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 8, 2015, No. 1223) the following changes and amendments:

1. Part 1 of article 93 after figures "126," to add with figures and the word "part 2 Articles 130,".

2. Part 1 and paragraph one of part 2 of article 98 of figure "127-130," to replace with figures and the word "127-129, part of 1 Article 130,".
