About modification and amendments in the Procedure Code about administrative offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan

Article 1. Bring in the Procedure Code about administrative offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 22, 2013 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2013, No. 7, Art. 502; 2014, No. 3, Art. 145, No. 7, h 1, Art. 391, No. 11, Art. 644; 2015 No. 3, Art. 202; The Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 8, 2015, No. 1.221; The Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 8, 2015, No. 1222; The Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 8, 2015, No. 1223) the following changes and amendments:

1. Regarding the 2nd Article 69 of the word "places, specially allotted for these purposes" shall be replaced with words "the special places established by authorized state bodies".

2. In Article 87:

- regarding 2 words "the form of the established sample" shall be replaced with words "the sample established by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan";

- regarding 3 words of "the established sample" shall be replaced with words "the sample established by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan".

3. Add Article 229 with part 5 of the following content:

"5. In case of non-execution of the resolution on appointment administrative the mulctary punishments in terms prescribed by this Code, forced execution of this resolution it is performed according to the procedure, established by the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About enforcement proceeding".".

Article 2. Enact this Law after its official publication.
