About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About authorization system"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 2, 2011 "About authorization system" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2011, No. 7-8, of Art. 606; 2012, No. 4, Art. 252, No. 7, Art. 686, No. 12, h 1, Art. 1024; 2014, No. 7, h 2, Art. 400, No. 12, Art. 824) following changes and amendments:

1. In Article 1:

- the paragraph one to state in the following edition:

"-the allowing document - the administrative document of allowing nature issued by allowing body, to the legal entity and the individual entrepreneur for implementation of certain type of activity or action with indication of its term in case of obligatory observance of allowing conditions in the form of permission, the certificate, the conclusion, the act of approval, approval, the certificate, the certificate, registration, task and the decision, except for licenses;";

- to add paragraph two after words of "the electronic register of allowing documents" with the words "and register of allowing documents";

- third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

2. Add the law with Article 3 (1) the following content:
