About modification and amendments in some legal acts

Art. I. – Item 3 of article 10 of the Law on entrepreneurship and the companies No. 845-XII of January 3, 1992 (1994, No. 2, Art. 33), with subsequent changes, to add the monitor of Parliament of the Republic of Moldova with the subparagraph of the following content:

"implementation of private security activities on the objects for warehousing and storage of weapon, ammunition, explosives belonging to bodies of the public power, on objects for warehousing and storage of toxic, radioactive and dangerous materials, and also narcotic, psychotropic substances and precursors (except for medical institutions and private drugstores); implementation of private security activities in National Bank of Moldova.".

Art. II. – In the Law on private detective and security activities No. 283-XV of July 4, 2003 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 200-203, 769), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:

1. Item d) parts (Article 6 to state 2) in the following edition:

"d) collection (collection) of values, and also transportation, protection and maintenance of valuable loads/values and personal property;".

2. In Article 8:

Item h) parts (to state 1) in the following edition:

"h) submit to territorial authority of police statistic reports. In case of security activities reports are submitted according to Item 6 of appendix 1;";

in part (2) words "order of the Government". shall be replaced with words "according to appendix 2.".

3. In Article 11:

Item b) to declare invalid;

in Item g) to exclude the words "and security".

4. Add the law with Articles 18-1 and 18-2 of the following content:

"Article 18-1. Conditions of licensing of private detective activities

Has the right to obtain the license and to perform private detective activities person meeting the following requirements:

a) reached age of 21 years;

b) is citizen of the Republic of Moldova;
